TCR γ/δ FITC
TCR γ/δ (T-cell receptor) is an 45-60 kDa T cell receptor. In contrast TCRα/β, Tγ/δ cells have a TCR that is made up of one γ (gamma) chain and one δ (delta) chain, and it recognizes a broad range of antigens without the presence of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. 11F2 clone of anti TCRγ/δ antibody selectively binds to γ/δ human T Lymphocytes.
