Sales Representative

We are seeking a goal-driven, self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of Sales representative. Sale Associate /Sale Manager.  Experience of applicant in selling to diagnostic and commercial accounts within the flow cytometry-related reagents sector is required and the applicant should have at least two years hand-on experience of flow cytometry assay or other immune-biology-related work. 

The major responsibilities include:  To research sources for developing prospective customers; to achieve or exceed the sales plan; to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for Caprico’s products/services; Provide technical support to customers and offer advice about product and service selection. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers; Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.  

  • To research sources for developing prospective customers;
  • To achieve or exceed the sales plan;
  • To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for Caprico’s products/services;
  • Provide technical support to customers and offer advice about product and service selection; Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
  • Establish clear communication with other departments regarding the customer’s needs and understand the potential for new products and services.  

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in selling diagnostic reagent within the biotech/biopharma or academic sector is required and the experience in selling flow cytometry-related reagents such as fluorescent labeled antibody preferred.
  • Applicants should have a standard degree in a related field. Caprico offers excellent benefits and opportunity for promotion.  Salary is commensurate on previous experience.
