Dr. Nasralla obtained his Ph.D. in medical biology from the Institute of Oncology in Warsaw, Poland and did his post doctorate training at The University of Texas, M.D.Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Texas. Dr. Nasralla's experience is in Clinical Chemistry, Tumor Biology and Molecular Biology. He developed several new techniques, including RIA, EIA for hormones, ligand binding assays for receptor studies and molecular biology methods for detection of pathogens in blood and other body fluids. Dr. Nasralla has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in international scientific/medical journals, and one of his publications was selected as outstanding in its field. Dr. Nasralla was previously the Head of the Tumor Biology Laboratory at Kuwait Cancer Control Center in Kuwait, and he is currently a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular Pathology at The Institute for Molecular Medicine in Huntington Beach, CA.
At IVD, Dr. Nasralla is the President, Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Li is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology, the American Society of Hematology, and the College of American Pathologists. He has served as a diplomat for the American Board of Pathology on three specialty boards: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Hematology, and Molecular Genetic Pathology. His expertise includes the molecular mechanisms of lymphomagenesis, the identification of new markers to aid in diagnosis and clinical outcome predictions of malignant hematopoietic disorders, and the development of new diagnostic tests in the field of hematopathology. Dr. Li has over 50 publications including a book chapter and peer-reviewed articles in the academic journals Oncology, American Journal of Clinical Pathology, and International Journal of Surgical Pathology, among others.
